Non-standard security door purchase focus
What is a non-standard door?
Non-standard doors are very complicated doors. They are mainly fixed in size and have no fixed style. They are generally customized according to customer requirements. The standard door refers to the single door of 860*2200. The general size is around this, also called the entrance door. Whether the door is a non-standard door or a standard door has nothing to do with the material, only the size. In a word, a non-standard door is an unconventional door that can be made into a peculiar door or a non-standard door.
When purchasing non-standard doors, the focus should be on observing the anti-theft performance and quality. It should be checked from the following steps:
The first step: distinguish between true and false security doors
Seeing the standard has become the first step for consumers to identify the security door. Open the door and see if there is a sign for the anti-theft security door in the upper corner of the inner door. Pay attention to the "anti-theft security door". If there is no such sign or the metal door, steel door or entrance door, it is not a security door.
Step 2: Understand the thickness of the board
General technical conditions for anti-theft security doors implemented on April 1, 2008, GB17565-2007:
1. The anti-theft security door should have a permanent anti-theft security level mark.
2. The anti-theft security level mark consists of its Chinese code and plane circle. The Chinese code should be located in a plane circle with a diameter of Φ25mm.
3. Chinese grade marks A, B, C, and D are permanently fixed in the upper corner of the inner hinge in the form of the gravure of the Song, at a height of 1600 mm ± 100 mm from the ground.
The national standard requires that the door must be stamped. If the door is not stamped, it will not meet the requirements of the national standard. Obviously, it is not a security door.
The third step: see anti-theft performance
Anti-theft door anti-theft is high. In addition to the steel plate needs to meet the national standards, the lock is even more important.
Security door classification locks are also graded:
Class A Parallel locking tongue, the key is flat and there are drip grooves on it. The anti-technology is turned on for less than 5 minutes.
Class B Parallel locking tongue, the key is semi-circular with a special tooth groove on it. Anti-technology open for more than 5 minutes in line with the national standard.
Ultra-B-class T-type rotary lock tongue, automatically rotates 90 degrees after lock, the lock cylinder is double-row marble step-by-step rotation control, the key is double-sided double-tooth, which is equivalent to two keys combined into one. The anti-technology is turned on for 270 minutes.
The fourth step: the style of the security door
Although the main function of the security door is anti-theft, but at the same time as the anti-theft, the manufacturer also pays attention to the design and style of the door, which undoubtedly adds a new selling point to the security door.
Step 5: Look at the solder joint
Under normal circumstances, the overall stamping and forming security door is more robust than the welded security door. Of course, the overall stamping technology generally requires the import of expensive equipment, so the product cost must be improved.
