(1) curtain

4.1 The contact between the seat plate and the ground should be uniform and parallel.

4.2 The seat plate should be made of angle steel. The size of the angle steel should be determined according to the width of the hole. The rivets are connected or bolted, and the spacing is not more than 300mm.

(5) Transmission

5.1 The installation of the roller door machine must have space for maintenance, the installation should be firm and no oil leakage.

5.2 The bearing is installed firmly, the bearing is not the same, and the fuel is sufficient.

5.3 The center of the sprocket of each rotating shaft should be coaxial and without damage.

5.4 The door roller machine has two types: electric and manual. The fire shutter must be equipped with a fire shutter door machine or a common roller door machine plus fireproof and heat insulation device, and the fire test certificate should be obtained.

(6) Electrical installation

6.1 The electrical button is activated and flexible, and the actions of centralized control and linkage control are flexible and accurate.

6.2 The automatic control of the safety device shall be installed in the exposed part of the 2m range near the roller blind and the part that can be monitored at any time. Control buttons are provided outside the door of the fire shutter door.

6.3 The automatically controlled power supply, backup power supply or battery should be able to maintain normal working condition. The electrical circuit used should not be exposed. It should be buried in the wall or have a threading pipe.

6.4 Steel fire shutters and wall installation requirements:

The steel fire shutters are installed on the wall of the building and should be welded or pre-embedded. The original building can be assembled with expansion bolts on the concrete wall or concrete column, and the installation strength should be ensured to meet the design requirements.
